  • Propeller Consulting: I led the content efforts to better position Propeller Consulting as a trusted agency and incorporate more conversion opportunities and SEO-rich content onto several key pages. My suggested changes resulted in a 4% increase in organic clicks to the homepage, a 33% increase in clicks to the retail page, and a 20% increase in clicks to the about page.

  • Direct Sign Wholesale: A wholesale manufacturer of signage, I worked on and off for this company over a number of years. Although I no longer work with this client, I developed and executed a series of sales-oriented blogs to support their target audience: mom and pop signage stores that couldn’t afford to manufacture in house.   • MPulse Software: I led persona workshops to establish MPulse’s primary audience and pain points. Using that data, I created annual, full-funnel content calendars to attract, convert, and retain clients.
